This is the perfect next step for those who have completed the Foundation course, and wish to expand their herbal knowledge. Each month a new herb will be discussed, from botany to phytochemicals, safety to clinical applications. A prerecorded video discussing the information will be released, accompanied by notes that you can print and add to your Materia Medica. There are two live case discussion, where you can bring your questions to be answered live with Anna & Chelsea Updates on research of the herbs discussed not he foundation course via a live session is also included. - 12 new herbs with notes and a recording - 2 live case discussions via Zoom to ask questions - 1 live research updates You can join this at any time, and will have access to the previous months herbs. If you join after a live session, this will not be repeated. Live sessions will be in April & November (case discussions), and June (research updates)
